ABOUT CRACKD
BACKGROUND
What’s up, my name is Morgan. For those of you who don’t know me, I’ve been a Music Producer, Sound Designer, and DJ for 10+ years, releasing under the alias “FOMO”. Also, I’m a Coach at Kick & Bass (s/o my KNB gang) and the head sound designer for the KNB Store. Now let’s talk CRACKD. Having been a Sound Designer for almost a decade now, I’ve always dreamed of designing a synthesizer that thinks like me and can ultimately speed up my process and output great results. I thought accomplishing this goal was years away but in my exploration of Max for Live, I stumbled upon a program that was practical enough to make it happen without having to hire programmers. Since the start of 2025, I’ve spent every waking moment learning how to code and an array of other software to make the most badass plug-ins on the planet. This is where the CRACKD VST Collection comes in.
THE VISION
Since the day I started making music, it has been my entire life, and I want to live in a world where artists are making dope shit. I started CRACKD Records for 2 reasons: to supercharge my creativity, and to inspire other artists to make fire music. For the foreseeable future I will be adding to the CRACKD Records Collection and upgrading every plug-in on a weekly basis to devise the future of synthesizers. The goal is to have a synth for every possible instrument and to end the timeless search for samples and using sounds everyone else has access to. On top of the Synth Collection, I’ll be giving you access to a shit ton of my Ableton library of instrument racks and Max for Live evices. Once I feel like the plug-ins are in great place and I’ve given my all to pushing the industry forward, I will be launching a new Artist Project and CRACKD Records will take on an additional role as my record label.
